Industrial Alignment (Cranes & Heavy Equipment)

Industrial Wheel Alignment Surrey, BC

CRANE, HEAVY-DUTY AND TOTAL VEHICLE INDUSTRIAL WHEEL ALIGNMENT

Alignment for industrial vehicles and heavy equipment can vary considerably–from basic mechanical systems that depend on technicians to gauge alignment angles to more costly systems that take only a few basic truck alignment measurements. Some computerized alignment equipment lets you only evaluate and adjust basic toe and rear-tracking errors–and nothing more.

We offer:

Advanced Aligner Runway System

At Vancouver Axle and Frame, our Bee Line Advanced Aligner Runway machine and our alignment tooling let us comfortably and accurately perform all alignment corrections. The intuitive design of the Bee Line machine places the vehicle at a reasonable working height, either in a pit or above ground. This system gives us the physical space and easy access to adjust everything from toe and tracking to camber and caster.

Suspension Inspection

We do alignments right–because we always start by raising your vehicle to inspect your suspension parts. Springs, kingpins, bearings, and steering linkage problems can often go unnoticed. Our detailed inspection of your suspension ensures that we’ll spot and alert you to any problems long before you leave our garage.

Computer Alignment System

At Vancouver Axle and Frame, our ultramodern Bee Line computerized alignment system uses lasers, which offer a level of precision alignment unmatched by manual or infrared sensors. Bee Line lasers can measure alignment variables to five-thousandths of an inch. To ensure accuracy, our “live” corrections and adjustments let us see readings for toe, tracking and camber on a computer screen or wireless remote display as we make corrections!

Axle Correction Tools

At Vancouver Axle and Frame, we don’t stop at taking measurements: we gauge ALL critical alignment angles AND correct camber and caster!

Incorrect camber causes tire wear. Incorrect caster creates handling problems.

At Vancouver Axle and Frame, we use the Bee Line Floating Beam System to fix caster and camber on your vehicle. When the floating beam is used with the Bee Line AA machine, it only takes one technician to correct heavy-duty truck axles on your vehicle.

Our Bee Line camber tooling corrects camber on all axle sizes and corrects caster due to axle twist. The floating beam system easily attaches to and detaches from the axle of your vehicle. We also use the Bee Line Spring Lift to easily remove and replace caster wedges.

Rear Axle Aligner

To achieve proper tracking, our Bee Line 22000 Rear Axle Aligner ensures that your rear axles are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the centerline of your vehicle.
In just minutes, we can set up the aligner to take measurements. You’ll be safely back in alignment and on the road fast and with confidence!
